We’re pleased to have you begin your journey through the onboarding process to set up your device(s) and take your first measurement.
Your Welcome Kit
The iHealth Unified Care Kit includes enough supplies to get started and begin your journey of restoring your health. We will then supply additional supplies upon request for the duration of the program.
What’s included in your kit depends on which device you are enrolled in:

Before You Start
Follow the steps to install the Unified Care Patient App on your mobile device.
Step 1: Click on the download link below for Google Play or the App Store.
Step 2: Tap “Install” to download the app.
Step 3: Tap “Open” to open the app.
Step 4: In the Unified Care app, tap on the input box and enter your phone number.
Step 5: Tap “Get Code” to get the verification code sent via text to your phone number.
Step 6: Tap “OK” then wait until you see the next screen. Continue to finish the setup.
Step 7: Tap “Allow” to allow the app to record audio. This is required for video calling with your care team.
Step 8: Tap “Allow" to allow the app to take pictures. This is required for entering in your food diary.
